I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and I help women rediscover their energy, confidence, and peace with food without dieting, guilt, or burnout.
For years, I watched women do everything right on paper...following plans, cutting calories, starting over every Monday yet still feel exhausted, frustrated, and disconnected from their bodies. The common thread wasn’t lack of willpower. It was stress, pressure, and an approach to nutrition that never fit real life.
My approach isn’t about restriction or perfection. It’s about learning how to nourish your body in a way that supports your life, your schedule, your responsibilities, and your goals. I combine evidence-based nutrition with mindset coaching, stress-reduction tools, and ongoing accountability so change feels sustainable, not overwhelming.
