We will take a look into your current dietary habits and your medical and nutrition history. We will analyze your current routine and assess areas to begin making changes to help you achieve your goals
We will review how goals set during previous session are going and discuss any challenges that might be experienced. We will also celebrate every win (big or small). We will also set goals to either continue working on or new ones to conquer!
We will have a 45 minute discussion on current nutrition patterns and goals and discuss dietary preferences and needs. A 7 day meal plan will then be created and emailed to you which will include 3 meals and 3 snacks per day along with a custom ingredient and shopping list and macronutrient breakdown.
